3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Late Arrivals

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge, deposit forfeiture, or reduced refund eligibility (where applicable).

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

• Full service fees may still apply for shortened sessions.

4. Payments, Packages & Gift Cards

• Payment may be required in full at the time of booking, or a deposit may be requested to secure your appointment.

Packages

• Packages must be used within the stated timeframe (if provided) and are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.

• Packages are designed for individual use and cannot be split across multiple people without permission.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are redeemable for services at Wellness and are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.
